Hey all, the time has come for a new CR meme! You can list new characters here, characters you're thinking of playing, or characters that are already in the game that you want to seek out new opportunities for!

Also remember that our current test drive is still on-going, and you can see about putting anything you come up with here into motion there as well!

Character: Jasmine Tsukuyomi
Pre-Incarnation: Dark Precure (Heartcatch Precure)
Location(s): Her regular home is in Shepherd's Haven, she works in Gateway, and is currently residing in Locke for plot reasons.

Description: Jasmine is the reincarnation of an evil magical girl, who isn't so evil herself. She's come into her own as a heroic figure in her own right, and is one of the more prominent members of the All*Star Precure team. Recently, she's realized she's found she's become much sharper and dangerous on the battlefield, and she's dealing with that and what it means for who she is.
Pre-Numbered CR Opportunities: Jasmine moved around for years before coming to Locke City, and thus, never had the opportunity to make many friends until then. That being said, he also has a fairly popular webcomic named "Magical Enforce" and her own Youtube channel for reviews and other material, and doesn't really hide her Numbered status.
Open/Wanted CR: I'm up for anything! New friends, new enemies, someone to butt heads with... the sky's the limit, really.
Hooks: Jasmine is an artist, and there's also her youtube channel, for people with similar interests to her. Anyone who could challenge her on her conflict over fighting, as well as butt heads with her methods and direct, blunt nature, would be good as well.
Plans/ongoing plots: Jasmine is back in Locke, and zeroing in on dealing with Thunder Corp for the moment.

Character: Mina Weaver
Pre-Incarnation: Moge-ko, Mogeko Castle
Location(s): At her parents' upscale home in Gateway City

Description: Her preincarnation was a cutesy but psycho cannibalistic dictator with a tendency to crucify and torture people. The present self is a cutesy but less psycho high school girl with anger problems, who hates her past incarnation.
Pre-Numbered CR Opportunities: If your character went to the same school in Gateway, they might've met her or at least heard of the psycho who scratched up someone who said good things about the Numbered.
Open/Wanted CR: All sorts! People who'll fight with her. People who'll be willing to put up with her. And I'd like her to develop a futile, doomed crush on some glamorous girl.
Hooks: She regularly walks places in Gateway, including the park and to the local shops and movie theaters, etc. She's got a webcam and Youtube channel of her own, on which she discusses her interests such as fashion, movies, and music. She also's trying to rekindle her dead modelling career.
Plans/ongoing plots: Right now she's dealing with a problematic monster. I'm also planning on a weird but kinda cute and at least harmless Incursion next month. I'd like her to gradually mature some, but that'd be a long trip.
Anything Else?: Fair warning, her canon is kinda terrible in some regards, especially related to sexual assault. I'm being careful not to reflect too much of that here, but it might come up.

Pre-Incarnation: Ryoji Mochizuki/Pharos
Location(s): Gateway City

Description: Pharos/Ryoji was a Shadow created with the expressed purpose of summoning Nyx, to destroy the world.

Phillip (who is ported from StE) is a theater kid and dog lover who also likes soccer. He's not publicly Numbered, and recently has been way more on edge about everything concerning it since the new guardian of Locke City is Nyx, and he super doesn't want to accidentally summon her and end everything. He's a sweet kid, though, and is looking to make a break in his acting career.
Pre-Numbered CR Opportunities: For new characters, I would LOVE some family for Phillip if anyone is interested! Otherwise, Phillip's been in theater since he was like eight, and used to live in Locke City before the invasion.
Open/Wanted CR: ANYTHING. I've been kind of crappy with getting him CR, partly because of various conflicts I've been having and partly because he's been kind of avoiding the network, so.
Hooks: Talking about theater, soccer, or dogs are always good ways to get his attention. (If he sees you WITH a dog he'll want to pet it.) He is also very capable of talking about death and philosophy very easily, though he tries to showcase that less.
Plans/ongoing plots: He's going to start getting some base information about Ryoji soon (starting with his memory reliving, which will confuse him), and he is going to make a break to the big screen in the future!

Location(s): Lives in Infinita City, Visits Gateway quite a bit

Description: Preincarnation is the faithful servant to an evil overlord. Reincarnation is a bag of issues with a tendency to lash out at people for stupid reasons.
Pre-Numbered CR Opportunities: She lived in Locke and went to highschool there before the invasion hit. She was kind of a loner but meant well before she lost her parents in the attack.
Open/Wanted CR: At the moment I'm mainly looking for people with her to butt heads with, but she's probably going to need a friend or two along the way eventually. Odds are it will be a slow build up to a friendship as she's kind of a sourpuss.
Hooks: She enjoys raining on people's parades, tennis, baseball, reading and writing, cat videos. She's not really social, or the nicest person to talk to but she can found wandering about Gateway, sometimes.
Plans/ongoing plots: She's hiding the fact that she actually has abilities from the rest of the network and has used those powers to attack some numbered during the dinosaur outbreak. ...She might be due to have another encounter like that in the future.

Character: Nathan Brooks
Pre-Incarnation: Near (Nate River)
Location(s): Shepherd's Haven

Description: Near was an extremely reclusive and co-dependent detective who was raised to succeed L, the world's greatest.

Nathan is . . . also very reclusive, but actually capable of looking after himself to some degree. While he prefers to live a quiet life, he can't exactly ignore everything that's happening now. He's a timid sort, and all of his skills lend him to more of a support and information-gathering kind of role. (Hey, his preincarnation was a detective, what else to you expect?)
Pre-Numbered CR Opportunities: I've kept his core family very small, but I'm not opposed to slightly more distant relations. Anyone who grew up or worked in poorer areas of Locke might have had a chance to meet him. He also briefly (from about late September 2014 to around the end of February 2015) worked a very boring data entry job at somewhere I never specified.
Open/Wanted CR: Nathan has a lot of supportive people in his life, which is great for him because good god does he need a support network, and I'd never say no to more, but . . . Someone needs to steamroll this poor doormat. Nathan doesn't have a lot of confidence and has trouble asserting himself. He's a prime target for this kind of treatment.
Hooks: Nathan is an intellectual, so any discussion of just how something works or trying to figure out what something means will get his attention. He . . . also has his preincarnation's obsession with children's toys, so he's pretty into that. Especially robots. He mostly is in and around Shepherd's Haven and the surrounding towns, because . . . Well, as I said, he's reclusive.
Plans/ongoing plots: I don't have much in the way of concrete plans, but he's one of the folks who was contacted by the informant about Thundercorp's intentions. And he is very concerned about this. As a character arc, I really want him to develop some more courage and self-confidence. But that's a long road.
Anything Else?: No, really, he's 20. Pay no attention to his lack of height, baby-face, and the robot action figures he swoops around.

Character: Rakka Yoshitoshi
Pre-Incarnation: Rakka [Haibane Renmei]
Location(s): She's been living in Shepard's Haven for the past year, but is currently in Locke City for plot things.

Description: Rakka is the reincarnation of a curious girl who herself was some kind of reincarnation of another her. Maybe. It's complicated. She was a shy, almost distant girl at first, but she grew and battled her sins, winning in the end. Now, she's a much more open person, generally friendly to everyone she meets, and is among the most open members of All*star Precure.
Pre-Numbered CR Opportunities: Rakka generally stuck around New Zealand after the Final Battle, but she did spend some time back in Japan, traveling and seeing her relatives. She's also done some youtube videos about the Numbered and random stuff.
Open/Wanted CR: Everything! Anything. Rakka is generally the kind of character that needs all kinds of others to bounce off of.
Plans/ongoing plots: Rakka's main thing will be dealing with Thundercorp for the moment. Besides that, there will be an ongoing thing involving her and her echoes.
Anything Else?: she's a cinnamon roll, basically.

Character: Lazarus Lawliet
Pre-Incarnation: L Lawliet
Location(s): Shepherd's Haven, with occasional moving about for investigation and business. This is where he always returns "home" to, though.

Description: L Lawliet was a brilliant if socially awkward and abrasive superdetective. Lazarus is a former chess prodigy turned well-meaning information-gatherer and resource-shuffler, and veteran Numbered of almost 3 years. He is overwhelmed by his tangled-up personal life at times, but he's good at putting it aside and getting things done even if it makes him seem callous. He genuinely cares about the Numbered and wants to protect them, and is the defacto mayor/governer of Shepherd's Haven. Before the invasion, he ran a coffee shop in Locke City called Espresso Yourself, followed by a more ambitious project that sadly never reached completion: renovating a boarding school known as Willow Ridge before it was destroyed by the aliens. He is well-known for giving a job to anyone who needs one even if it inconveniences him or makes it so that he's operating at a loss or hurting his business.
Pre-Numbered CR Opportunities: Lazarus is largely of Russian-Jewish descent with a smattering of other ethnicities mixed in (Japanese, French, English), so family from any of these parts the world is highly welcome. His parents and uncle are deceased, but he could still have grandparents kicking around and maybe uncles, aunts and cousins in France or Japan or the U.S. I'm open to half-siblings too on either side! Other than family, he was homeschooled and attended Locke City University from an early age, and played chess competitively. Eventually, he ended up in White Pines Psychiatric Hospital following a nervous breakdown, and if you want to play someone who was also a patient, that would be super cool with me. He went through a dark period following this where he was running with a seedy crowd (drug addicts) so those types are also possible.
Open/Wanted CR: Anything and everything. Lazarus works well with positive and negative CR and I love it all for him. Drama is OK a long as it stays IC. The only thing I'm maybe not looking for is romantic CR because he's already kind of overwhelmed in that department, with a girlfriend and a jilted ex.
Hooks: Generally Lazarus tries to approach anyone new and get acquainted with them at least on a surface level. He wants to know everyone and connect them and consider their skills for future purposes, so it's likely that he'll approach your character if he hasn't already. Otherwise, he does his best to make himself available for contact and lives in Shepherd's Haven, which is easily reachable by teleporter.
Plans/ongoing plots: Lazarus is in a relationship with Misa and is protective of his small tribe/band/family. Shepherd's Haven is pretty insular but he does make efforts to branch out and stay in touch with the rest of the world; he wants to have a major hand in this Thunder Corp business as an informant, and will be working diligently to get to the bottom or it.
Anything Else?: He forgets to eat sometimes. OK, a lot. Feed him.

Character: Luca "Nux" Dantonio
Pre-Incarnation: Nux
Location(s): Shepherd's Haven, but fairly mobile!

Description: In Mad Max: Fury Road, Nux is a highly enthusiastic blind follower to a religious leader/warlord called Immortan Joe. As one of his "war boys", he's cannon fodder and happy about it, glad for the chance to possibly give his life for Joe and be welcomed into the promised land of Valhalla that all war boys aspire to. Luca, conversely, grew up on a dairy farm outside of Locke and then joined up with Albero's Mafia to settle a debt his parents owed. His body was modified to look like a chameleon's and function much like one, and he was basically an expendable henchman. His crash-landed into the lives of the Numbered when he was tasked with trying to frame Tony Sparado for arson while wearing his general appearance, and he wound up shooting the kid his own age in the face. This resulted in him being captured and detained by the Numbered, and eventually, when it became clear that he was a coward and a kid and could probably be rehabilitated, put to work in Willow Ridge as the groundskeeper and custodian by Lazarus. After the invasion, he started receiving echoes of his own and now he's a mainstay at Shepherd's Haven, happily keeping the community vehicles in good working order and doing whatever he can to apply his knowledge of living and working on a farm toward the livestock.
Pre-Numbered CR Opportunities: Friends, family, Mafia stragglers, you name it and I'd probably be open to it! He's 100% Italian.
Open/Wanted CR: Anything goes as long as it's natural! Nux wants a girlfriend really badly. He also just wants friends. He's pretty passionate so he can undoubtedly make some enemies too and I am super cool with all of it.
Hooks: Nux loves cars and he loves driving. Let him take you somewhere! He'll be thrilled. Also giving him a chance to shine at the things he's good at (livestock, cars) rather than the things he's not (conversations) are probably a good idea. He loves hands-on work, and teaching others to do the more skilled-labor oriented parts of it. He also loves exercising and runs several miles every morning, and has personally made sure that Shepherd's Haven has a weight room in the rec building.
Plans/ongoing plots: Nux is an informant! He wants to help so badly but his enthusiasm can get him in trouble. He's also got a nasty habit of being a little too trusting in authority. This could go somewhere fun, maybe...
Anything Else?: Pet his stupid bald head.

Pre-Incarnation: Beatrix Kiddo
Location(s): Gateway City; currently working as a waitress at Buddy's 24-Hour Diner, but might have another job prospect in the near future.

Description: Beatrix was a stone-cold assassin defined by her burning desire for revenge against the man who slaughtered her wedding party and took away her chance to be a mother. Arlene is a somewhat lazy wannabe model who dropped out of highschool and left her small town in Nebraska to be a star in Vegas. She went the way so many young girls who want to be stars do; she got dirty, got knocked up, and missed her big shot, and she's done a lot of things she's not really proud of to not-really get ahead. When Vegas fell, she managed to evacuate and now she lives in Gateway and works as a waitress.
Pre-Numbered CR Opportunities: Everything! Old classmates, parents, siblings, even a daughter. She had one and gave her up for adoption at birth, and she'd be in her early teens by now. She also knew LOTS of drug dealers, pimps, club owners, "modeling agents" and people in those kinds of industries.
Open/Wanted CR: Arlene needs friends. She's not the most pleasant person and she's rough around the edges, but she has a soft side no one's accessed yet. Help me with that!
Plans/ongoing plots: She's my newest muse and I feel like I'm still trying to integrate her within the setting and get her some echoes and some roots. She's been approached by Thunder Corp and she's probably going to say yes!
Anything Else?: Someone get her a job at a desk so she's not on her poor feet all day.

Character: Lily Tsukuyomi
Pre-Incarnation: Yuri Tsukikage
Location(s): Has moved back to Locke City for now with her wife, Winter, but still frequents Gateway City and Shephard's Haven.

Description: Reincarnated from the most tragedy-prone of Precures, Lily has fought hard for a couple years now to buck that trend. As a happily married, public facing superhero and published author, Lily has been pushing since the invasion and subsequent reconstruction to help the Numbered's image in any way possible... while also jumping out there as Cure Moonlight to save and protect people where she's needed.
Pre-Numbered CR Opportunities: Unless one moved from there before the invasion, it's unlikely anyone knew her from before Locke City - a lot of her time there as a younger girl was spent in the west which sort of got... annihilated by the alien invasion. Lily attended Locke City High School for her last couple years there before graduating, but being forced on the run prevented her from attended LCU.

Nowadays, having made herself a lot more public, there are a lot of various ways you could have met her, or SEEN her - she gets called on for interviews to defend the Numbered position fairly often, and as a member of a controversial group like the Numbered, the book she put out telling her story through the events of Save the Earth has sold quite well. Maybe you could have met her at a book signing! Or around and about New Zealand or Gateway City.
Open/Wanted CR: ANYTHING. Lily has ... well, CR with a great chunk of the game as it is, but she could always get more. Although she can seem stiff and sometimes a little dry on the outside, she's a kind person who really just wants the best for everyone. Even if she sometimes still has a habit of acting like Team Mom.
Hooks: As noted, Lily has a book in circulation now which has garnered quite a bit of attention - knowing her from that is easy, if you haven't already met her on the Network. It's also handy for handwaving a new character having been brought up to speed! If you don't know her from there, the Precure have made themselves known pretty well in the public eye, Lily and Winter especially. Lily sticks out like a sore thumb, too - tall and thin with vibrantly natural purple hair. Can't really miss her.
Plans/ongoing plots: Right now, I'm pretty open - she's returned to Locke City and will be dealing with a couple upcoming events there. For anything major, do note I'll be giving Winter (peacefulwinter) a poke and may see about dragging her into it.
Anything Else?: Lily's so glad to have her books back.

Character: Toushirou Hitsugaya
Pre-Incarnation: Same
Location(s): He's living in an apartment in Gateway City now, with his grandmother. But if there's some kind of trouble, he's got no problem hopping a teleporter to somewhere else.
Description: Hitsugaya was the youngest ever death god to achieve the rank of Captain in the Gotei 13, heading up the Tenth Division. A stern but fair workaholic type who got frustrated with laziness. However grouchy he acted, though, he was also a loyal and protective sort that would put the safety and happiness of those he cared for over his own. He is the wielder of the strongest ice-snow type of soul-cutter.

Toushirou is actually little different in most respects, but he's much younger and lacking the experience and maturity of his Other. He started off as an 11-year-old in StE, and now he's fourteen. Entering those grumpy teenage years, man. He's matured some, but it still prone to bouts of brattiness. (The fact that he still looks 11 and will for some time does not help.)
Pre-Numbered CR Opportunities: His parents are dead, he's an only child, and I prefer to keep his Granny an NPC, but I'm open to more distant relations. He has Japanese ancestry on his dad's side and Swedish on his mom's side. He attended public school back in Locke, so any classmates, teachers, or old soccer teammates or coaches are all fair game.
Open/Wanted CR: Anything goes, here. Toushirou can be kind of a brat, so getting into arguments and such are things that can definitely happen. People to pester him into being friends (it can happen; just ask Phillip!), or whatever else have you. It's been a while since he's had too many people fret over his youth and the kind of stuff he gets involved in with all this Numbered business, so that's fun too. (He would hate it, but he doesn't get a vote.)
Hooks: He's in high school, so there's something for any other teenagers in Gatweway. He also still heads out to parks to practice his soccer skills, and also runs errands for his Granny when her arthritis acts up too much. So he can pretty easily be in a lot of places. Plotty stuff is what usually grabs his attention on the network, but honestly he'll comment on a lot of general weirdness, too.
Plans/ongoing plots: I have nothing terribly specific planned, but he has been approached by Thundercorp. He is trying to be all mature and professional about telling them to fuck off. (AKA, he's declining the offer.)

Pre-Incarnation: Arthur Pendragon
Location(s): Gateway

Description: Reincarnated from a very magical King Arthur, Arthur York spent awhile during Save the Earth looking to be a sort of hero and help people. After the invasion, he realized his talents were fairly destructive and since has settled down, trying to learn how to help people in other ways. He currently runs his own garage and is trying to learn how to tinker in things other than motor vehicles in his free time. He can be lured into heroism, if need be...
Pre-Numbered CR Opportunities: Anyone who attended Locke High in the past four years or anyone who he would have fought alongside in the invasion/raiding Thunder Corp.
Open/Wanted CR: Tinkering pals! Anyone who can lure him into the deep, dark recesses of heroism...
Hooks: He can do magical girl armor transformations.
Plans/ongoing plots: Nothing yet! Thunder Corp looks promising and he miiiight get lured into it via Emilia.
Anything Else?: He's a little slow. Bear with him.

Character: Arthur York's Doppel (Calls himself 'Pendragon'. Nicknamed 'The Tyrant')
Pre-Incarnation: Arthur Pendragon
Location(s): All over the world

Description: Arthur York's doppel came into the world with the inclination to be a hero, though not by any kind means. He thought of Arthur York as a mistake that needed to be amended--a hero who had power that he would use in a corrupted manner. Pendragon fought in the invasion, learning there were Numbered who wouldn't help and just as many Numbered that would help, but did so in exceptionally dangerous ways. Pendragon typically sees his fellow Numbered as nuisances and has essentially become a Mercenary specializing in taking out anyone who abuses their powers in dangerous ways. He's killed nearly a dozen Numbered since the end of Save the Earth, all in widely publicized scenaios. Essentially, he's ended numerous acts of terrorism and attempts to topple the remainders of some governments. Pendragon, currently, could be regarded as a feared mercenary that can't be bribed or blackmailed--as he takes jobs solely requested by law enforcement.
Pre-Numbered CR Opportunities: Not much! He has Arthur York's memories, but even if someone knew York--he would treat them differently.
Open/Wanted CR: All kinds! Heavy on the negative, since he's developed into a cold and ruthless sort of character.
Hooks: He can ALSO do magical girl armor transformations, though he typically wears nice suits most times.
Plans/ongoing plots: He's keeping tabs with local governments, but otherwise--Pendragon's more prepared to wait a situation out and come in violently if anyone's interested in his involvement!
Anything Else?: He's kind of a dick.

Character: Kirara Hoshimoto
Pre-Incarnation: Kirara Amanogawa
Location(s): Gateway City at present but she'll likely shift locations around a bit in the upcoming months.

Description: The latest Precure reincarnation and rising movie star! Kirara got her first role on a sentai-style show in Japan called Starlight Hero Squad, before breaking into film with a secondary role in the cheesy eighties homage Karate Time Cop before finally making it big with a starring role in the drama Valhalla in the year following the invasion. A big hit, the movie centers around a father and daughter reconnecting and rebuilding a life over the course of a harsh-winter in a post-apocalyptic world. She's still making public appearances and has her next project in the works.

She also moonlights (haha) as the superhero Cure Twinkle when a crisis arises but for now her identity is kept a firm secret.
Pre-Numbered CR Opportunities: Her immediate family is kind of set. She's an only child, her mother is a super famous actress and a bit hard on her daughter, while he father is a retired old kung fu action star who's presently devoted to training and teaching. She's also going to have some childhood friends incoming any day now. But I'm open to stuff! If anybody has a character who could fit in as her parents, extended family, old friends and rivals in the industry. Come at me.
Open/Wanted CR: Tons of stuff. She's gradually making friends around the network and she's pretty approachable, if a little overwhelming. Shy kids who need some help breaking out of their shells are welcome. Romance and ships are also not out of the question but be warned, she's a tough girl to impress.
Hooks: She's a pretty familiar face these days, so anybody can recognize her. People who know her from her earlier stuff is always a surprise but she loves meeting fans and will talk to just about anyone if they catch her at the right time. She's also probably going to be playing Thunder's little PR game, so expect her to be taking steps to become the smiling face for the Numbered to answer the corporation's challenge to their public image.
Plans/ongoing plots: See up above about her public image activities. Besides that, I'd love to get some opportunities for her to start to realize how much influence her position could have on people and the world around her. Let her accidentally inspire your character or something, I dunno!

Character:Cesar Sanches-ortiz

Description:Cesar's past self was a shady scientist that accidentally (and sometimes deliberately) brought about huge disasters. Cesar's current self also attracts trouble, but for the most part his issues restrict themselves to calamnities of a more personal level, and don't usually endanger more than a few people at a time. I'm aiming to make him more outgoing, and to start increasing the scopes of his work.

Pre-Numbered CR Opportunities: Cesar's family travelled frequently while he was young, and he made decently good friends during these times. His brother was the social extrovert, and Cesar admired him greatly. The man's dead now, but old friends of his would be awesome, along with any family friends from when the two were younger.

Also, there were references to a potential reincarnated form of Gabriel Rylander during one of Cesar's early plots, but otherwise no details were set in stone.

As far as more recent opportunities go: Cesar used to work for Thunder Corp as a low-level testing engineer. If anyone else's character was there or around there, I am 100% down with them recognizing him.

Open/Wanted CR: Positive, negative, destructive, and constructive CR are all wanted! In order: Cesar needs more friends! People who will draw him out and get him inspired to do dumb (but otherwise relatively harmless) things, people who will talk with him and get him involved in Numbered happenings... people he can go to and gather help to deal with some of the things looming on the horizon......

Negative: life's not interesting without characters arguing, and conflicts can provide amazing intrigue when they start to develop. Let's be real, Cesar is shady as hell, and he's also got moral grey areas that should probably set off an alarm bell or two somewhere.

Destructive: Cesar is kinda sketchy, and he's still got a small (but dark) pile of secrets that he's sitting on. Any characters that would be interested in trying to pick these apart are 100% welcome to.

Constructive: ... man this one is flexible. For example, Cesar and Tony are doing constructive things where Cesar is trying to help him learn more about his echoed biology. Anyone interested in someone being nosy about their echoes? Anyone want to join him in science?

Hooks: Cesar's locations mostly gravitate towards his work (a pharmaceuticals research lab), his apartment, and day-to-day-needed places, like grocery stores and local diners. I'm thinking of starting him with an interest in more nature-related things, such as hiking and visiting zoos.

Ways to interest him are to have displays of bizarre or interesting echoed powers, to talk about Numbered happenings, and to talk about medicine and nanites.

Plans/ongoing plots:Plans: The most immediate one is that I've put him forward to get a visit from Thunder Corp! He's going to ask for time to think about it, and then later accept. He's worked for them before, after all, and even though certain events line up in distressing ways, he has no reason to believe they were directly involved with his past tragedies. Besides, TC has a shady history, and he wants to keep an eye on them.

In another, longer-term plot: he recreated technology from his own world and it's gotten quietly out of hand: his employers sold it to be used to poison some politicians just before the Invasion, and it's been out of Cesar's supervision ever since. He's been tracking strange medical cases that show up in the news, but considering that its effects make it seem extremely similar to cancer, it's not as easily identifiable as he wishes.

I eventually want this situation to worsen. I also want his employers to start a more aggressive line of reserach about this, potentially with human test subjects. I've laid some seeds with his flyer post where his company is trying to set groundwork that it could take advantage of later if we go that route, but the whole thing is definitely still in the works.

Other than that--Cesar has an ongoing plot with Lazarus' dopelganger, and it's extremely likely that this is going to conclude with Cesar killing someone. Friends that could help him cope and/or maybe see what's happening and try to get involved could be fantastic!

Anything Else?: Cesar is mute for past plot reasons. Characters that know ASL would be a huge draw to him!!

Location(s): Regularly in Shepherd's Haven but does occasionally move around.

Description: The reincarnation of one very troublesome and messed up character who was probably both mentally and physically abusive of the kid he was supposed to be raising and probably thought that was totally okay. Richard himself is.. not really like that at all, but he is a sarcastic person who doesn't suffer fools gladly. Also pretty wicked with a sword.
Pre-Numbered CR Opportunities: He lived homeless in Texas for a long time before he found his way back to Locke and his parents/family, shortly before becoming Numbered. Also a well-known author in self-help circuits, he'd been persuaded to use his 'uplifting' story as an inspiration to other people by someone who was helping him to pass his GED. It would have been easy enough to know him from motivational talks or even just his picture on the inside cover of one of his books.
Open/Wanted CR: Absolutely anything. I'm trying to get my claws fully into this game so friends, people to argue with, outright enemies.. anything goes at this point.
Hooks: Thanks to a few echoes he's an excellent swordfighter with a fondness for katanas (and other Japanese-style weaponry). He's clever, but (at this point) unintentionally manipulative at times. Sob stories won't work but anyone who tries would be likely to get his attention just so he could see how far they'd go with it. Richard is also Tony Sparado's adopted father, so anything to do with what trouble his kid has been getting into is bound to spark a conversation. He's been running around with Tony while he's been doing his.. running away.. thing.
Plans/ongoing plots: HE KNEW SOME WEIRD SHIT WAS GONNA HAPPEN AND IT WAS GOING TO GET BLAMED ON THE NUMBERED. No but really aside from trying repeatedly and unsuccessfully to keep his wayward adopted offspring out of trouble I have no secure plans for this guy at the moment. Probably going to try and get him involved in all this Thunder Corp business.
Anything Else?: Need a conversation starter? His eyes are orange.

Location(s): Anywhere he wants to be! Largely Shepard's Haven but he's started moving around quite a bit. Locke, Gateway City, wherever really.

Description: Tony is a sweet boy with a troubled heart. Struggling with events that have happened in the past, choices he's made, and what his echoes are turning him into. His preincarnation was a half-demon swordsman who hunted devils for a living. Though Tony knows very little about him he's regained enough to have a solid idea that the guy was absolutely insane. But he at least had some vague idea on how to handle his demonic tendencies, Tony has no such luck. Despite this he'll go out of his way to help anyone in need without a second thought. This has lead him into some trouble, but it's a habit he can't completely break.

He just wants to help and see everyone happy and okay. Even if that means becoming a monster to ensure it.
Pre-Numbered CR Opportunities: Tony is an orphan, only recently adopted by one Richard Stroude. He spent quite a bit of time in the system in Locke City, but his frequent habits of running away eventually resulted in him living on the streets picking pockets or doing street performances for change. It's possible someone could recognize him from having seen him around there, but otherwise he's not widely known. Although he did do a radio interview once in Locke.
Open/Wanted CR: Tony needs to start meeting new people. He's been pretty secluded for a long time, and that's lead to some degree of strain. He loves his little tight-knit family but he's got a bit of a wanderlust streak going on.
Hooks: I don't know. Teenagers doing stupid things, fighting, something ridiculous and heroic? Lady the wolpertinger is adorable and needs love. Demon related stuff, loss of control, accidental breaking of things, doing stuff no human should be able to?
Plans/ongoing plots: Let's see he's got some ends to sort out back home in SH, since he decided alienating everyone would be a great idea. Keeping a vague suspicious eye on Thunder Corp and their shenanigans.

Description: Dima is a recent college grad and relative newcomer as a Numbered. He's been getting echoes every now and then for the past six months and knows about the network, but generally only lurks. He's a rich spoiled daddy's boy with more mysteriously disappeared half-siblings than you can shake a stick at.

He is also the 'new' reincarnation of a formerly very active Numbered, although he doesn't know it yet.

Pre-Numbered CR Opportunities: Admittedly few. He's Russian born and raised, so, uh. Family-wise that probably won't shake out. If your character is filthy stinking rich and doesn't already have their schooling spoken for, then I'm open to Dima knowing them through his extremely expensive elite boarding school in Moscow.

But lbr the most likely thing here is that Dima may know your character via business related functions/events. If your character is involved in big business, there's a decent chance that they've met Dima via his business mogul father.

Open/Wanted CR: LOOK GUYS, JUST. LITERALLY EVERYTHING. I want CR with both people who knew Danny in StE as well as people who've never met him before. Right now I wanna get him entrenched more in the network community--he's been lurking for months but is only just starting to really get involved, so I just want him to start building up anything.

Hooks: He may be based in Moscow, but money and flights are no object to him, so I can easily finagle a reason for him to be just about anywhere in the world, honestly. Um...right now he's a speedster, so if the game has any of those, they might be able to bond over powers! Also he's got a secret soft spot for baking--if you want baked goods he will hook you up.

Pre-Numbered CR Opportunities: Hmm, Emilia spent a lot of her childhood in Europe being moved around before coming to Locke. The most likely pre-numbered CR would involve her parents, maybe people her age she might have known in France or Romania.
Open/Wanted CR: Anything, really. Just that she's very much spoken for in the romance department, but one sided crushes are fine.
Hooks: Most of the time you might find her in the more well to do areas of Gateway. She'll occasionally go over to Shepard's Haven, and will soon be heading to Locke for plot reasons.

Location(s): Lives in Locke City again. But she can be found anywhere, really.

Description: Rikka was someone who lived for her precious person, as her trusted friend and her lieutenant. She became a magical girl to protect that person, while studying to become a doctor.

Winter was once a wallflower, if one that worked hard to stand out and take charge. She stood up to become a leader, and despite some missteps and some accidents along the way, she's become a household name for the Numbered. This is likely helped along by her status as Cure Diamond, magical warrior of light, along with her high-profile marriage to her high school whirlwind love, Lily. After the Invasion, she fled her home and helped to establish the Numbered city of Shepherd's Haven in a remote forest of New Zealand. But while she was happy there, it wasn't home, and she's returned to her small place in Locke just recently.

Just recently, she posted a very public reaction to Thunder Corp's press conference, and started to rally the Numbered, in preparation for whatever is coming. Because nothing can ever be easy.

Pre-Numbered CR Opportunities: Winter has been something of a public figure for a long time now, having been part of the student council in high school. I'm not adverse to relatives; Winter has no siblings, but cousins and uncles and aunts and such would be neat. Or something weird. She's getting used to weird.
Open/Wanted CR: Everything! More friends, more enemies, more teammates, more of all the things! Anything complicated might end up at least tangentially involving Lily (alilyinthemoonslight) in some capacity.
Hooks: Winter carries herself as a relatively normal girl with a big heart and a lot of virtue, with a strong calling to help and to right wrongs. Of course, she's also prone to making bad decisions, and has been known to let her anger or her virtue get the best of her on more than one occasion. She's also prone to self-doubt and short bouts of depression. Which basically means she's about as normal as they get, right? Her wife recent wrote a memoir of sorts, talking about their life over the last three years, and for obvious reasons, Winter features prominently. So she's about as public as she's ever been, even with her return to YouTube.
Plans/ongoing plots: Winter just returned to Locke after more or less deciding Thunder needed to be watched all on her own. Aside from that, she's settling back into her house and hoping nothing will go wrong. Which means things are slated to go wrong in various and interesting ways.
Anything Else?: Winter turns 21 just after Christmas. She's planning a party slash girls' night out, and her planning period will start shortly. She's accepting ideas on how to spend it.

Location(s): Likely based in New Los Angeles but. Well, I mean the world is a lot smaller when you can break the sound barrier on foot so probably anywhere.

Description: Reincarnated from the famous superhero, with all the speed and brains but minus the driving force of solving his mother's murder or hunting down The Man In Yellow. Jason here is kind of a slacker, devil-may-care type with much more chaotic good leanings than his original and definitely a criminal record. For a couple things.

That said, he's not a bad guy. He has his rules, just... not really those of the land he's in. Which makes him the perfect candidate for a lightning-fast Robin Hood esque thorn in Terrence Miller's side. Not to mention somebody who might yet be enabled into heroism.
Pre-Numbered CR Opportunities: Friggin' everything. Family, friends, people who knew him from when he was back in high school changing the home page on all the machines in the computer lab to Lemon Party. Whatever. The floor is wide open here.
Open/Wanted CR: Like up above I'm up for anything. I'd really dig some estranged family somewhere along the line. Something for him to work towards making amends about or fixing.
Hooks: Like I said, he's got some criminal history. Nothing major or totally unforgivable. Probably a relatively minor burglary charge in there that he did some time for but it's a possibility. As mentioned he's going to be stirring the pot in New L.A., making life difficult for our favorite general and his pals so that could be a thing too.
Plans/ongoing plots: Aside from dragging him kicking and screaming into heroism and a few things talked about with a few people, the sky's the limit. Time travel. I want to do time travel.

Description: Blaise is pretty much a spaz - he hugs anything he finds adorable and is highly amused by many things, to which he will quickly ramble on about. Blaise is kind of naive, sometimes overly so (or usually overly so). He loves to go exploring and his favourite place is a soda shop, to which he will drag you if you let him.

Pre-Numbered CR Opportunities: Anything goes, really. I mean, as long as your character won't destroy him out of annoyance. I'd like to see anyone play the return of his main crush in high school, any name you like.

Open/Wanted CR: Pretty much anything. Like I said, don't kill him. A for real relationship would be nice.

Hooks: He recently started ... ahem "dating" Ryuzaki (not built to last) and he's just turned 18. Just as well, he's going to be figuring out his powers in the very near future.

Plans/ongoing plots: Making more friends. He's a spaz, but he loves people. Right now, he's in process of saving himself from Ryuzaki (he just doesn't know it, yet), and... alot of it's mostly open. Meet my spaz and let's chew the fat.

Anything Else?: Ryuzaki is bad juju. Even though he's going to get himself out of a bad situation without realizing how it happened and keeping some form of positive outlook, it's probably going to depress him that Ryuzaki will be actively avoiding him. So, anything to cheer him up will be helpful.

Description: Jacob's a pretty sweet guy who is quick to offer the shirt off his back to virtually anyone. That doesn't mean he'll hesitate to snark at you, though. He runs a flower shop, growing his blooms at home to keep stock. He speaks the language of flowers thanks to his eldest sister and grows them in her loving memory. Intelligent and observant, he likes talking to people and getting to know them. However, he is hesitant on sharing the fact that he's a Numbered.

Pre-Numbered CR Opportunities: Someone else playing his hard-to-mention second eldest sibling would be nice. They haven't even been assigned a gender, yet. He's originally from Locke, too, so there's plenty of opportunity for him to have friends from there.

Open/Wanted CR: Like Blaise, more friends. That and I'm totally down for a plot that will make him reveal himself as a Numbered to everyone, like ripping off the bandaid. Negative plot, positive plot, turn his world completely upside down. I'm literally down for virtually anything with Jacob plotwise.

Hooks: Jacob echoed back his stone eye, the source of his power, and wears an eye patch to cover it. Again, he's pretty social and helpful. A little on the quiet side, maybe. He'll talk about people more than himself and loves to show off his apartment. Oh, and he loves drinking coffee at night. He's also terrified of ghosts to the point of immobilization.

Plans/ongoing plots: Right now, just making friends with everyone. I don't know what he would do with an enemy.
