Description: Rakka is the reincarnation of a curious girl who herself was some kind of reincarnation of another her. Maybe. It's complicated. She was a shy, almost distant girl at first, but she grew and battled her sins, winning in the end. Now, she's a much more open person, generally friendly to everyone she meets, and is among the most open members of All*star Precure. Pre-Numbered CR Opportunities: Rakka generally stuck around New Zealand after the Final Battle, but she did spend some time back in Japan, traveling and seeing her relatives. She's also done some youtube videos about the Numbered and random stuff. Open/Wanted CR: Everything! Anything. Rakka is generally the kind of character that needs all kinds of others to bounce off of. Plans/ongoing plots: Rakka's main thing will be dealing with Thundercorp for the moment. Besides that, there will be an ongoing thing involving her and her echoes. Anything Else?: she's a cinnamon roll, basically.
