Hey all, the time has come for a new CR meme! You can list new characters here, characters you're thinking of playing, or characters that are already in the game that you want to seek out new opportunities for!

Also remember that our current test drive is still on-going, and you can see about putting anything you come up with here into motion there as well!

Character: What is your character's reincarnation's name?
Pre-Incarnation: List the character's canon name, and the canon they come from.
Location(s): Where will your character be living? For reference, please see our locations page for new areas, and our predecessor game's navigation page for existing ones. (Note - our locations page is a work in progress, and old/new locations will be added/fleshed out as time goes on)

Description: Tell us a bit about your character, both about their original canon and what you have planned for their reincarnation! Feel free to be as detailed as you want.
Pre-Numbered CR Opportunities: List any opportunities for CR between your characters and others before they became a Numbered. An example would be someone they knew beforehand, like a cousin or a coworker, or perhaps they were colleagues of some sort. The possibilities are open!

Character: Toushirou Hitsugaya
Pre-Incarnation: Same
Location(s): He's living in an apartment in Gateway City now, with his grandmother. But if there's some kind of trouble, he's got no problem hopping a teleporter to somewhere else.
Description: Hitsugaya was the youngest ever death god to achieve the rank of Captain in the Gotei 13, heading up the Tenth Division. A stern but fair workaholic type who got frustrated with laziness. However grouchy he acted, though, he was also a loyal and protective sort that would put the safety and happiness of those he cared for over his own. He is the wielder of the strongest ice-snow type of soul-cutter.

Toushirou is actually little different in most respects, but he's much younger and lacking the experience and maturity of his Other. He started off as an 11-year-old in StE, and now he's fourteen. Entering those grumpy teenage years, man. He's matured some, but it still prone to bouts of brattiness. (The fact that he still looks 11 and will for some time does not help.)
Pre-Numbered CR Opportunities: His parents are dead, he's an only child, and I prefer to keep his Granny an NPC, but I'm open to more distant relations. He has Japanese ancestry on his dad's side and Swedish on his mom's side. He attended public school back in Locke, so any classmates, teachers, or old soccer teammates or coaches are all fair game.
Open/Wanted CR: Anything goes, here. Toushirou can be kind of a brat, so getting into arguments and such are things that can definitely happen. People to pester him into being friends (it can happen; just ask Phillip!), or whatever else have you. It's been a while since he's had too many people fret over his youth and the kind of stuff he gets involved in with all this Numbered business, so that's fun too. (He would hate it, but he doesn't get a vote.)
Hooks: He's in high school, so there's something for any other teenagers in Gatweway. He also still heads out to parks to practice his soccer skills, and also runs errands for his Granny when her arthritis acts up too much. So he can pretty easily be in a lot of places. Plotty stuff is what usually grabs his attention on the network, but honestly he'll comment on a lot of general weirdness, too.
Plans/ongoing plots: I have nothing terribly specific planned, but he has been approached by Thundercorp. He is trying to be all mature and professional about telling them to fuck off. (AKA, he's declining the offer.)

Yes. And Toushirou still has to come see at least some of Phillip's plays.

So... they should really talk again since the Espresso Yourself days. L gets along great with white-haired short kids who can be brats.

They definitely should. He's actually less bratty with Lazarus than he can be with a lot of people due to Lazarus's tendency to treat children like small adults.

HE DOES HAVE A WEIRD WAY WITH KIDS, and it's mostly because he treats him that way. I can bring him to you if you don't have any plans to send him to Shepherd's Haven anytime soon; Lazarus will be moving around to investigate the TC stuff!

Yep, treat kids like they're not kids and what do you know? They like it.

Yeah, I can't see him going to Shepherd's Haven anytime in the foreseeable future, but we can definitely have them encounter each other when Lazarus is going around investigating Thundercorp stuff. Especially since Toushirou is one of the people they approached. He will have no problem discussing this, seeing as he shot them down.

Awesome, in that case they'll definitely have something important to talk about. Lazarus has a hypothesis that needs to be tested very badly and that means gathering lots and lots of data.

Arlene wants to mom at Toushirou. She feels like she can, whether or not that's accurate.

Arlene, you poor woman. It will annoy him so much; she's not old enough to get the automatically more polite version of him, so that's fun.

She's in her early 30s if that makes a difference! But if you're saying that she'd have to be much more of an adult than even that, I get you too. XD

He only goes default-polite toward people who are visibly getting around sixty or so. You know. Grandparent age. Because he's a granny's boy. Arlene is a looooong way off. :D

Seriously. Old people can parent at him and there will be much less sass. His granny pulls him in line when he misbehaves. Way back when, Bakura's granny steamrolled him because he didn't wanna be rude to her. And he let Elian scold him even though he didn't know him that well. OLD PEOPLE GET RESPECT.

Well, I want to see her eventually succeed at parenting, but failing is hilarious and fun too. XD
